Cheltenham Lifesavers can contribute to the DofE award in two sections…

Skill

By attending the club, you will be learning a new skill which can lead to a certification, this not only looks brilliant on your CV but counts for the skill sections of the DofE award.

Volunteer

As an alternative to being a member of the club, if you have already gained some experience in lifesaving, you can help run our club for the volunteer section of your DofE award. You will be helping to keep the club running and teaching your learned skills to other young individuals, therefore keeping them safe around water as well contributing towards your DofE award.
